The conference dinner will be held in conjunction with an evening race meeting at Happy Valley Racecourse. If you wish to place a bet please make sure you bring Hong Kong dollars in cash as the Jockey Club do not accept credit cards for bets. Please note that Jockey Club bye-laws require mobile phones to be switched to silence or vibration mode before entering the racecourse. This requirement is strictly enforced. In order to enter the racecourse you MUST show a valid racing guest badge. This has been posted to your registered address. If you do not receive this badge by November 25th please contact Rebecca Luk urgently giving her an address in Hong Kong to which a badge can be sent. If you have been registered by Draeger, Maquet, Astra Zeneca (Hong Kong) or Gambro the badge will be given to you after your arrival in Hong Kong by the relevant company representative. Conference badges and material will be distributed at the dinner. There will only be very limited facilities for this purpose on November 29th and 30th. A very limited number of dinner places are available for partners of conference delegates. Should you wish to reserve a place please complete a reservation form and fax it to us by November 22nd. Places will be allocated on a first-come first served basis.
