  • stridor
  • airway obstruction

Treatment

  • prompt initiation of therapy based on clinical diagnosis indicated in view of potentially life-threatening complications
  • amphotericin 0.7-1 mg/kg/day
  • fluconazole suitable alternative in milder cases
